Meet Rista, the visionary founder behind HR CareConnect. In 2012, she embarked on her nursing journey overseas, completing her degree in 2015. With a background in mental health settings, Rista moved to Australia in 2016, initially working as an assistant nurse. She graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor of Nursing degree in 2021. 

As a registered nurse in Australia since 2021, her diversified expertise in healthcare spans aged care, acute care, and roles like care coordinator, RN in-home care, and clinical care coordinator in residential care. Teaming up with Henson, a luminary in recruitment, their collaboration integrates healthcare proficiency with recruitment finesse, creating a unique synergy. Recognising the demand for dedicated healthcare professionals, they established HR CareConnect, a dynamic recruitment agency focused on bridging gaps, ensuring high-quality care, and providing nurses with flexibility. 

Simultaneously pursuing a postgraduate degree in complex and chronic care, Rista brings nearly a decade of industry experience to HR CareConnect. Her extensive global and local knowledge underpins the agency's commitment to delivering exceptional care and creating fulfilling opportunities for healthcare professionals.
